Design and test Printed Circuit Boards (PCB); operate computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks; work with colleagues to design new Plasma Asher, circuits and develop existing technology; design new testing method for uniformity that Rapid Thermal Process; develop data analysis system using statistical software tools; design new RTA system (Rapid Thermal Annealing system for wafers) with good temperature control performance and uniformity; design test fixtures and diagnostic programs for RTA system and Plasma Asher; prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements; generate the specification and procedure for new semiconductor instrument.
