Rucker and Kolls Model 260J Probing Station which is designed for critical manual probing. It incorporates a standard 4" chuck, X-Y positioning, theta adjustment and dual z-motion control handles (left and right). An microscope X-Y positioner allows viewing of the entire surface of a large die or substrate without moving the stage. The station is also to be used for probe card maintenance and provides a total 4" X-Y movement. The total Z -movement of the ring assembly is .250" minimum with .750" as an optimal distance. The Model 260J is designed and built for maximum mechanical stability; it is supplied with precise micrometer X, Y, Z positioning.
